ወይዘሮ እማዋይሽ አለሙ እኝህ ነበሩ April 05, 1969 - May 3, 2022 የኦስተንና አካባቢው መረዳጃ እድር ሥራ አስኪያጅ ኮሚቴ የእድራችን አባል የነበሩት የእህታችን የወይዘሮ እማዋይሽ ገሰሰ አለሙን ከዚህ ዓለም በሞት መለየት ስንገልጽ ጥልቅ ሐዘን እየተሰማን ነው። ወይዘሮ እማዋየሽ ባደረባቸውን ህመም በህክምና ለረጅም ጊዜ ሲከታትሉ ቆየተው ከዚያም ወደ ኢትዮጵያ ተመልሰው በቤተሰብና ዘመድ አዝመድ ተከበው በጸበልና በጸሎት ክትትል ሲያደርጉ ቆይተው May 3, 2022 ከዚህ ዓለም የተለዩ ሲሆን የቀብር ሥነስርዓቱም ወዳጅ ዘመድ በተገኘበት በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ተፈጽሟል:: ወይዘሮ እማዋየሽ የሁለት ልጆች ማለትም የሃይማኖትና የአቤል እሸቱ እናት ነበሩ፡፡ ይህንን አሳዛኝ ክስተት ለአባሎቻችን በወቅቱ ሳናሳውቅ በመዘግይታችን ይቅርታ እየጠይቅን ይህም ሊሆን የቻለው በሁለት ዋና ዋና ምክንያቶች እንደሆነ ለመግለጽ እንወዳለን፡፡ በመጀመርያ የወይዘሮ እማዋይሽ ተወካይ ከእድሩ ጋር ግንኙነት ሳያደርጉ ለረዥም ጊዜ በመቆየታቸው የመዘግየት ሁኔታ ተፈጥሯል፡፡ ሁለተኛ ለእድሩ ቆይቶ የቀረበው የሞት ምስከር ወረቀት ደግሞ ከእድሩ የአሰራር ልምድ ጋር ትንሽ ልዩነት ስለነበረው ያንን ልዩነት ለማስተካከልና ለማጣጣም ተጨማሪ ጊዜ መውሰድ አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ተግኝቷል፡፡ ሁላችሁም እንደምታውቁት እድራችን በሕገ ደንባችን መሰረት ሁሉም ተፈላጊ ማስረጃዎች ተሟልተው እስኪገኙና ለሟች ቤተሰብ የእድሩን እርዳታ ሳይከፍል አባላቶቹን መዋጮ ስለማይጠይቅ የመዋጮ ክፈሉ ማሳሰቢያ ማስታወቂያ ለማውጣት እስካሁን አልተሳካም ነበር፡ ሆኖም ግን አሁን ሁኔታዎች ተሰተካክለው የእድሩ እርዳታ ለወይዘሮ እማዋይሽ ተወካይ ሙሉ ክፍያው በቅርብ ስለተፈጽመ ወጪውን መልሶ ለመተካት የሚደርስባችሁን $25 በግለስብ አባል መዋጮ በአስቸኳይ እንድታዋጡ በአክብሮት እንጠይቃለን፡፡
In Loving Memory of Woizero Emawayish Alemu April 05, 1969 - May 3, 2022 With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our esteemed sister, Mrs. Emawaysh Gesesse Alemu, a valued member of the Austen Area Mutual Aid (EDIR). Mrs Emawaysh had been bravely battling illness for an extended period. As her health declined, she returned to Ethiopia, where she peacefully passed away on May 3rd, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones. Her funeral services were held in Addid Ababa, Ethiopia. We would like to apologize for the delayed notification of this sad event to our EDIR members, which occurred due to two main reasons. Firstly, there was a prolonged absence of communication from the designated representative to the EDIR. They didn’t reach out to the Executive Committee immdiately to submit the necessary documentation and start the process of providing the required EDIR benefits. Secondly, upon receiving the request, the death certificate submitted did not align with EDIR documentation requirements and standard practice, requiring additional time to resolve the issue. Once resolved, the full amount of EDIR benefit was promptly paid recently to the designated representative of the family, per the requirements of the EDIR By-laws. Traditionally, our EDIR practice refrains us from soliciting replenishment contributions from members until the full EDIR benefits is paid to the designated representative of the family. With the completion of EDIR payments, we now kindly request that each member contribute $25 to replenish the total amount paid, as outlined in the EDIR by-laws,.
