የኦስተንና አካባቢው መረዳጃ እድር 4ኛ የአባላት ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ

በመጀመሪያ ለመላ የእድሩ አባላት የማክበር ስላምታችንን እያቀረብን የኦስተንና አካባቢው መረዳጃ እድር 4ኛ የአባላት ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ እሁድ April 14, 2024 በ Our Savior Lutheran Church ከስአት በኋላ በ 2:30 PM ጀምሮ ሰለሚካሄድ በስብሰባው ተገኝታችሁ ንቁ ተሳትፎ እንድታደርጕ ጥሪያችንን እናቀርባለን::

ይህ የአባላት ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ሰለ እድሩ የሥራ አፈጻጸምና አስተዳደርና ፋይናንስ ሪፖርቶች ማዳመጥ፣ በእድሩ ሕገ ደንብ ላይ በሚቀርቡ ማሻሻያ ሃሳቦች ላይ ውሳኔ ማሳለፍ እና ለጥያቄዎችዎ መልስ ማግኘት እንዲሁም እድራችንን ሊያጐለብቱ የሚችሉ ገንቢ ሃሳቦችንና አስተያየቶችን ለእድሩ ምክር ቤትና ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ኮሚቴ በማቅረብ ጉዳዮቹን በጥሞናና በዝርዝር እንዲመለከት ማድረግ ይሆናል::

በዚህ አጋጣሚ የእድራችንን አባላት ቁጥር ይበልጥ በማሳደግ የእድሩን እርዳታ ክፍያ መጠንም ወደ $16,000  ያሳደግን ሲሆን እድራችንን ይበልጥ ለማሳደግ ለመመካከረና የወደፊት እቅድ ለመንደፍ አመቺ ጊዜ ሰለሆነ በተቻለ ሁላችን በጉባኤው ተገኝተን የየበኩላችንን አስተዋጽኦ እንድናደግ ጥሪ እናቀርባለን::

የእድራችን አባል ለመሆን የሚፈለጒ ወዳጅ፣ ዘመድ ወይም ጓደኞች ካሉ ጉባኤው በሚካሄድበት ወቅት አዲስ አባላትን ለመመዝገብ የተመደቡ ሀላፊዎች ሰለሚኖሩን መጥተው መመዝገብ ይችላሉ::

Dear Austin and Surrounding Areas Mutual Aid EDIR Members:

We hope this email finds you well. We wanted to extend an invitation to you all for an upcoming 4^th Austin EDIR Members General Assembly Meeting that will be held on April 14, 2024 at 2:30 PM. The meeting will take place at Our Savior Lutheran Church.

This meeting is of utmost importance as we will be discussing and approve the revised EDIR by-laws, review and examine reports of the Council and/or the Executive Committee as well as annual financial reports submitted by the Auditor, etc. Your presence and input would be greatly valued as we make crucial decisions and chart the course for our future success. We would also like to inform you that the EDIR Council has approved to raise the EDIR Assistance amount to $16,000.
